I started doing music in 2004 after 2 years in college and decided there was no way i was gonna do that school thang. I made the decision to pursue music. I don't regret it.
I joined the group locally known as Mynorities in 2004. The original group was started by DENIAL and has since been several that have come and gone. Other artists that contributed were Ronny, Curse, DVS, Lil Bossi, and others. Our group was too talented to contain. I was the dance/club musik artist while my peer and long-time friend DENIAL aka Jking was what I call "A TRUE HIP HOP Artist."
I collab with all artists on an international level. Ranging from hip hop to techno, I'll find a way to put my vocals on.
I've done shows at several venues in CO including a feature at clubs such as The Vue and Eden before they became Cowboys and Pure 13. I also played a show at the Colorado Springs Auditorium. I've been played in all clubs in Colorado Springs and have done shows with different "big" artists such as C-Side and Luni Corleone and other "locally famous" artists such as C-notesches and The Macaatic Crew. I sponsor and host events for The American Cancer Society. I've also done shows for Cartoys and 96.1 THE BEAT. MAGIC 98.9 FM used to play "Mynorties" music when they dj'd at The Function.
My music partner DENIAL aka Jking has been on the Step Up II soundtrack as well as featuring on Corbin Bleu's album on two tracks.
Other achievements include being ranked 56 in the nation out of all artists on myspace. My group "Mynorities" was also number 1 in COLORADO for music for as long as 6 months on myspace. We've also ranked top 100 on soundclick.com in previous years. We've also been number 1 on an international level as we were played over and over in Iraq over Military radio. Other features include our talent on the Zion Soundtrack as well as being on several mixtapes out in stores in Colorado.
Everyday is a struggle to maintain. But that's what we gotta do. Thankfully, there are things that move us.
